Smoking is not allowed in any part of the building.

| • | Rates based on single or double occupancy. Each additional person is $10 per night, including children. |
| • | We regret we cannot accommodate children under age 8. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the spa. |
| • | We cannot provide roll-away beds. |
| • | Check-In after 2 p.m. |
| • | Check-Out before 11 a.m. |
| • | Spa open to hotel guests from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. |
| • | No pets allowed. |
| • | Deposit Requirements: A deposit equal to 50% of the total lodging charges (excluding charges for spa services) is due at time of reservation. Balance due upon arrival. |
| • | Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days (14 days for check-in dates between July 27 to August 15) (the “Cancellation Deadline”) prior to your scheduled day of arrival (the "Check-in Date"), the full deposit (less a $20 cancellation fee) will be refunded. If you cancel after the Cancellation Deadline, but at least 24 hours prior to 2:00 pm on the Check-in Date, the full deposit (less a $20 transfer fee) is transferable to another date, but is not refundable. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to 2:00 pm on the Check-in Date, your credit card will be charged for the full room rate (plus sales tax)(and minus the deposit) for the number of days reserved. Early departures require full payment for the scheduled room reservation. Inclement Weather & Personal Emergency: Notwithstanding the above cancellation policy, we will give good faith consideration to reasonable requests for partial refunds under the following conditions: • Inclement weather prohibits arrival on the Check-in Date. • Personal emergency prevents arrival on the Check-in Date or requires departure prior to the end of the scheduled reservation. “Personal emergency” is defined to include a death, serious illness or accident involving immediate family. |
| • | Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the Red Rock River Resort facility. |
| • | Smoking is permitted outdoors on the front veranda and sidewalks. |
| • | Guests who smoke in the room (or who invite other guests into the room who smoke in the room) will pay the Red Rock River Resort for all resulting losses, costs, expenses and damages up to the "Damage Limit." The Damage Limit for smoking is the greater of $200 or the actual cost of cleaning or replacing (if necessary) any property that smells of smoke or is otherwise damaged. Damages also include the costs of collection, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees. |

| • | Loud talking and laughing are not appropriate in the spa. |
| • | Management reserves the right to terminate guests' spa use if necessary for the safety and/or enjoyment of others. |
| • | To prevent overheating, children may not spend extended amounts of time in the spa. |
| • | Bathing suits required. |
| • | Shower required before using hot tub/whirlpool and/or sauna. |
| • | Robes and towels are provided and are required in sand and granite heat rooms and sauna. |
| • | Cell phones, pagers, food and alcohol are not allowed in the spa. |
| • | Spa services available by appointment. Walk-ins welcome subject to availability. Face treatments and hot stone massages require 2-hour advance notice. |
| • | Management reserves right to refuse or terminate service to anyone. |
| • | Payment is required before service. |
| • | Gratuities are not included in prices listed, but are always appreciated. |
| • | Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. |
| • | Please do not bring small children to your spa service appointment. |
| • | If you cancel a spa service less than 5 hours before your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your service. |
| • | All major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express) and travelers' checks accepted. |
| • | Cash accepted at time of check-out. |
| • | In-state checks and out-of-state checks from residents of the Black Hills and surrounding area are generally accepted. |
| • | Returned checks subject to a $25 fee. |
