Jeanie Tiff
Certified Massage Therapist
Jeanie is a native of Redfield, South Dakota and graduated from the Boulder, CO School of Massage in 1986, certifying in Paul St. John neuromuscular massage in 1991. In 1997, she became a Watsu practitioner after training with the developer of Watsu, Harold Dull, in Harbin Hot Springs, CA. (Watsu is a unique massage therapy given while the therapist supports her client in a warm pool of water.) Jeanie also trained in La Stone therapy (massage with hot and cold stones) in Boulder, CO in 2001. Jeanie's commitment to the massage profession is evidenced by her 20 years of professional experience, which includes 17 years as a private practitioner both in Ft. Collins, CO and Hot Springs, SD. Her experience in Ft. Collins, CO includes 7 years at the Rocky Mountain Neuropsychological Sciences Clinic working with closed-head injuries and 4 years at the Ft Collins Senior Center. In Hot Springs, she has 5 years experience with spa treatments (wraps, scrubs, face treatments) and Watsu therapy. We are pleased to have Jeanie on our Spa Minnekahta staff. Her compassionate, giving nature and sense of humor make her a favorite with first-time massage clients and returning customers alike.
