Our nationally certified massage therapists offer
you the choice of relaxing, invigorating and health-promoting massages, wraps,
Trigger-Point work or Myo-Fascial release. Couples massage sessions available.
Or schedule a private “constitutional” hydrotherapy session or CranioSacral
treatment. Our certified CST therapists follow the body’s lead, using
the electrical energy of their hands with light physical touch to help the
body overcome barriers to optimal health. Attend one of our regularly scheduled
Yoga classes or schedule your own private or group yoga session.
